Sarah Franklin
Chief Executive Officer
Sarah Franklin is the CEO of Lattice, leading the company’s mission to make work meaningful. With over 25 years in technology, she has a proven track record of scaling businesses, driving innovation, and building high-performing teams. Sarah spent more than 15 years at Salesforce in executive leadership roles, including President and Chief Marketing Officer, EVP of Platform and Trailhead, and head of developer initiatives. Sarah holds a dual degree in chemical engineering and biochemistry from Virginia Tech. A recognized industry leader, she has been named one of Forbes’ Most Influential CMOs, a “CMO to Watch” by Business Insider, and a recipient of Adweek’s Brand Genius Award. She also serves on the Board of Directors for PagerDuty.
Sophie Hurcombe
VP, People
Sophie is Head of People at Lattice. Prior to joining Lattice, Sophie held roles at Canva and Workfront, where she played a key role in delivering company-wide people programs and engaging with leaders to help them navigate and solve business challenges. Sophie holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Sociology & Anthropology from the University of NSW. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Sophie now lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, with her partner and two dogs.
Gabe Cortes
Chief Financial Officer
Gabe Cortes is the Chief Financial Officer at Lattice, overseeing finance operations, IT, and business systems. He joined Lattice in August 2023, bringing over 25 years of experience in finance and operations. Previously, he was CFO at Included Health, leading two financing rounds and strategic M&A, including acquiring Doctor on Demand. Before that, Gabe was SVP of Global Field Operations at Workday, helping scale the company to over $1.5B in annual revenue. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from USC and lives in San Francisco with his wife and three children.
